A user communicates with one Camila instead of finding, configuring, and managing many separate tools or assistants. Camila is intended to understand the user's request and business context, coordinate the appropriate specialized agents behind the scenes, and return results through communication channels the user already uses. Camila 2.0 is being designed around simplicity. The product is not intended to replace the human side of real estate. Its purpose is to handle repetitive work, organize information, support consistent follow-up, and coordinate relevant AI capabilities so professionals can focus on listening, advising, negotiating, and building trust. ## Product history The original Camila began as an n8n workflow connected to a customized CRM and a WhatsApp API account. It was designed to filter spam and low-intent inquiries so real-estate professionals could focus on qualified prospects. BrandLift paused that original service after learning that customers did not always understand Camila's role and that handing conversations from Camila to a human agent could feel fragmented. Those lessons led BrandLift to refine the product vision and begin building Camila 2.0. ## Who Camila is for - Real-estate companies and construction companies operating projects in Peru. - Sales and marketing teams managing multiple projects or pipelines. - Real-estate agents and advisors who want to delegate repetitive operational work while retaining responsibility for customer relationships. ## Product capabilities described on the public website - Immediate, personalized attention for real-estate leads. - Lead qualification using the company’s sales playbook and available lead information. - Property inventory management and project-map sharing. - Automated follow-up protocols and sales-operation workflows. - Alerts for qualified leads, scheduled visits, conversion events, and tasks. - Reporting and commercial visibility for sales teams, subject to the selected plan and current product availability. These capabilities describe the public product direction and pilot offering. They must not be represented as universally available, production-ready, or included in every plan without checking the current landing page, documentation, and pricing page. ## Camila 2.0 vision Depending on a user's needs and activated capabilities, Camila may coordinate specialized agents for: - CRM management and updates. - Lead qualification, scoring, and commercial follow-up. - Transfers to human agents. - Sales and marketing copywriting. - Legal and credit analysis. - Personal and business brand development. - Property management. These are examples from the product vision, not a guarantee that every specialist or integration is currently available. The intended onboarding experience has three conceptual steps: 1. Connect a main communication channel, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. 2. Connect social channels so Camila can learn the user's communication style, personality, and tone of voice. 3. Connect relevant business or project context, which may include Google Drive, a CRM, property information, and commercial documents. This onboarding flow is a product goal. Do not present every named channel, data source, or integration as currently supported unless the public documentation confirms it. ## Availability and roadmap Camila is in a pre-launch and pilot stage, and Camila 2.0 is under development. Capabilities described as coming soon, possible, part of the vision, or under development are not current product guarantees. Third-party integrations should not be represented as available unless the current public documentation explicitly confirms them. It is one where coordinated AI gives them more time for people. Camila should therefore be described as technology that strengthens human relationships, not as a replacement for real-estate professionals. _Last updated: 2026-08-22.
